No. Log Book is Challenge 25, incidents, and visitors. Fire records — weekly alarm tests, extinguishers, emergency lighting — are Fire Safety.

Why is Employee / rotas / SMS not on this list?

Those modules exist in the trial. They do not have public explainers yet. Help for people already using the product lives in the account, not here.

Before the EHO visit

Will an EHO accept digital records? — Yes if complete, dated, and accessible. No software is EHO approved.
What an EHO checks — Opening checks, temps, deliveries, sign-off, 4-weekly review.
What digital SFBB records are — FSA electronic-diary option for England and Wales. Paper is still legal.
Opening and closing checks — During the shift, not from memory at close.
Fridge, freezer and probe temperatures — Dated reading with a name on the line. UK chilled food at 8°C or below.
SFBB 4-weekly review — Manager look-back across the 4 Cs. Skipping it is a gap in the system.
14-allergen recipe chart — For staff at the pass. Not Natasha’s Law PPDS labelling.

When the fire officer or insurer asks

Alarm tests, extinguishers, emergency lighting. Not the pub visitor book.

Digital fire logbook — Weekly tests, drills, extinguishers. RRO 2005 requires records, not a named logbook.
RRO 2005 records — For the Responsible Person. England and Wales; equivalent legislation elsewhere.
Weekly fire alarm test log — BS 5839-1 is the usual weekly practice. Zone 1, same time, same day.
Responsible Person fire log audit — Score the binder: done this period, missing, or cannot find.
